Marché Burette is the market-and-deli at the Omni Amelia Island Resort on the south end of the island: pastries and breakfast in the morning, sandwiches and provisions through the day, plus wine and groceries to take back to a room or a rental.
For anyone staying on the south end it solves a real problem. The resort corridor is fifteen to twenty minutes from downtown, and this is the closest thing to a good bakery and a decent lunch counter without making that drive.
What to expect
Counter service in a market format — order breakfast or a sandwich, or shop the shelves. Weekend mornings are its busiest stretch, when the resort's breakfast demand lands all at once.
It is inside a resort property, which means the prices are resort prices and access is straightforward for non-guests but the parking is the resort's.

It sits at the Shops at the Omni Amelia Island Resort on First Coast Highway, on the south end of the island. Park in the resort's shops parking; from downtown it is about a twenty-minute drive.
